Chef Shannon is a menu and recipe developer, food stylist, and private chef. She is the author of the book The All-American Lemonade Stand, an Amazon 100 Top Seller that teaches kids entrepreneurship using a lemonade stand as a business model.

Chef Shannon received her Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University in 1987 and her Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu with top honors in 1997.
